How can we help?

Everything you need to know about turning a single phone photo of any product into studio-quality photos. Search below, or browse by topic.

Getting started

What is Studio?

Studio is an AI product-photography studio for any product. You upload one clear photo — even a phone snapshot — and it produces clean, studio-quality photos of that exact item in about a minute: on a clean shop background, in a styled lifestyle scene, held in a real hand, on a model, or in a UGC creator shot.

It works for jewelry, candles, skincare, mugs, bags, clothing, food, electronics, collectibles — pretty much anything you sell. It's a tool for makers, sellers and small brands to create professional imagery without booking a studio.

Do I need to be a photographer or own any equipment?

No. There's nothing to set up and no gear to buy. If you can take a clear photo of your product with your phone, you can use the studio.

How does it work, step by step?
  • 1. Upload one clear photo of your product (you can add up to 4 angles).
  • 2. We recognize it automatically — Studio detects what your product is and tailors the looks to suit it.
  • 3. Choose a look — clean shop background, lifestyle, in-hand, on-model, UGC, and more.
  • 4. Pick a model — only for the looks that feature one (you can use our house models).
  • 5. Choose a size (square, portrait, story, and more).
  • 6. Generate. Your photos appear as they finish and save to your gallery automatically.
Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 7-day free trial, no card required. The clock only starts when you create your first photo (not when you sign up), so you can take your time getting set up. During the trial you can make up to 15 photos per day.

Can I try it before I sign up?

Yes. You can create a few photos as a guest — no account needed — so you can see the quality first. When you're ready, sign up to unlock your trial and keep going.

How long does each photo take to make?

About a minute (typically around 90 seconds). You don't have to wait around — you can queue up more and keep working while they render.

Can I use it on my phone?

Absolutely — the whole studio is built to work on a phone, since that's where most of your product photos start. You can also add it to your home screen so it opens like an app (see Languages & devices).

The photo you upload

Getting the best reference in.
What kind of photo should I upload?

One clear, in-focus photo of just the product. A phone photo on a plain surface in even light works great. The cleaner the product reads in your photo, the more faithfully the studio can reproduce it — including any labels, text and branding.

Do lighting and background matter?

The studio replaces the background and lighting for you, so you don't need a perfect setup. Just try to avoid heavy shadows, glare and busy backgrounds that hide the details of your product. A cluttered scene (lots of other objects around the item) is harder to isolate cleanly, so a simpler shot works best.

Can I upload more than one angle?

Yes — up to 4 angles of the same product. More angles give the studio more to work with and help it capture details like the shape, sides and any text or branding accurately.

What types of products are supported?

Almost anything you sell. Jewelry, candles, soap and skincare, cosmetics, mugs and ceramics, drinkware, bags and leather goods, clothing and footwear, accessories, packaged food & drink, stationery and art prints, home decor, electronics and gadgets, tools, toys and collectibles, trading cards, plants, pet products, and more. Studio recognizes your product automatically and tailors the looks to it.

Can my photo include a hand, model or face?

For on-model, in-hand and UGC looks, the studio adds the hand or model for you — so your reference should show the product itself. An incidental face in the background of a product shot is fine. A photo that's mainly a portrait/selfie of a person (or contains nudity) won't be accepted, so we never recreate a real person's likeness without permission. Just re-upload a shot focused on the product.

Looks & the studio

Choosing the look and dialing it in.
What looks can I create?

A wide range, tailored to your product. Among them:

  • Studio White — clean white-background shots for your shop & marketplaces, with a full set of angles (front, three-quarter, side, back, from above, detail and more).
  • Catalog — honest, true-to-item listing shots (great for resale).
  • Lifestyle — your product in a real, styled setting.
  • In Hand — held in a real hand at natural, human scale.
  • On Model — a real model wearing or using your product.
  • UGC Creator — a creator presenting your product to camera, vertical and authentic.
  • Maker's Table, Color Pop, In Nature, Gifting, Social, Pinterest, Pet Model — and more.

You'll see the looks that suit your product recommended first.

What are "Smart Ideas"?

Tap Ideas and Studio suggests on-the-fly scene ideas made specifically for the product it detected — fresh, relevant looks beyond the standard set, generated just for your item.

What sizes (aspect ratios) can I get?

Square (1:1), portrait (4:5), story/vertical (9:16), wide (16:9) and classic (3:2) — so you have the right shape for your website, social posts and print. Each look opens at the shape that suits it best.

Can I change the background, scene or lighting?

Yes. On a paid account you can fine-tune a shot — set a custom background color, describe a specific scene, and pick a lighting mood — to dial the look in exactly.

How many photos do I get from one generation?

On the free trial it's a single photo per run. On a paid account you can generate in batches (for example 4–8 variations at once) and pick your favorites. You can also start several generations at once and they queue up automatically.

What if I don't like a result?

Just regenerate — as many times as you like. Each run uses credits, and you can switch the look, angle, size and fine-tune settings between tries to steer it. Results naturally vary from shot to shot, so a few tries gives you options to choose from.

I sell small or detailed items (like jewelry) — anything special?

Yes. For small items such as jewelry, Studio adds a size control (Dainty / Classic / Statement) so the piece renders at true-to-life scale instead of looking oversized, plus a full set of clean catalog angles for listings.

Models — who's in your shots

House models, your own models, and pets.
What are house models?

They're our pre-licensed, rights-cleared models — a growing roster of varied looks you can choose from to feature your product in On Model and UGC shots. You pick one right in the same flow; tap a card to see the face up close, then confirm.

Can I create my own AI model?

Yes — a reserved AI model, made for your account from a description of the look you want and kept for you to reuse. It costs 100 credits to create, then it's yours to use across your shots.

Can I use a real person (a brand ambassador)?

Yes — you can add a real-person brand ambassador from their photos. Because it involves a real person it requires a signed likeness release (consent from the depicted person), and activating the model costs 400 credits. Once active, it's reserved to your account.

Can I add my pet?

Yes — for pet products, you can add your own pet from a photo (free), or use a friendly pet we provide. Pet additions are quickly reviewed before they're ready to use.

How do I manage the models I've added?

On the My Models page you can see and remove your own AI models, ambassadors and pets. Removing one takes it out of your picker; the shared house models stay available to everyone.

Credits, plans & billing

How pricing works.
How does pricing work?

The studio runs on credits. One photo costs 8 credits. You can buy credits as one-time packs, or subscribe to a monthly plan — whatever fits how much you shoot. You can see current options on the Packs page.

Do credits expire?

No — your credits never expire. Buy them whenever, use them whenever.

What credit packs are available?
  • Starter — $10 (about 25 photos)
  • Standard — $25 (about 66 photos · best value)
  • Pro — $50 (about 138 photos)
  • Enterprise — $100 (about 288 photos)

Bigger packs include bonus credits. See the Packs page for the latest.

Are there monthly plans?

Yes — monthly plans give you a credit allowance each cycle, unused credits roll over, and you can cancel anytime:

  • Lite — $19/mo (about 50 photos)
  • Starter — $29/mo (about 90 photos)
  • Pro — $79/mo (about 250 photos · most popular)
  • Brand — $199/mo (about 650 photos · personalized onboarding & priority support)

See the Packs page for the latest plans and prices.

What happens if a generation fails?

You're not charged for failed generations — credits for any photo that doesn't come through are automatically refunded.

How many photos do I get on the free trial?

Up to 15 photos a day for 7 days, no card required (the 7-day clock starts on your first photo). If you joined through a referral, your daily allowance is higher.

I have a billing question — who do I contact?

For anything to do with payments, plans or your balance, reach out via live chat or email support@bichachi.com — we'll sort it out.

Your account

Profile, settings and security.
How do I change my name, business name or password?

Go to Account. Under Profile tap Edit to update your display and business names. Under Settings & security you can change your password — there's a show/hide toggle so you can confirm you typed it correctly before saving.

What is "Your studio in numbers"?

It's a quick snapshot of your activity on the Account page — how many photos you've created (all-time and in the last 30 days), your favorite product and look, and your active days and current streak.

I'm signed in on several devices — can I sign the others out?

Yes. On the Account page under Active devices, tap Sign out other devices — it signs out everywhere except the device you're using.

How do I manage email preferences?

On the Account page under Email preferences you can turn the weekly tips email on or off anytime.

Quality & using your photos

Accuracy and what you can do with the results.
How accurate are the photos to my real product?

The studio works hard to reproduce your actual product — its shape, colors, materials, finish, proportions and any text, labels or branding — from the photo you upload. Clearer references and more angles produce a closer match. For unusual or highly detailed products, generate a few and pick the best.

Please note: AI-generated images can contain mistakes or inaccuracies. Always review images before use.
Can I use the photos for my store and marketing?

Yes — the photos you create are for your own products and marketing: product listings, your website, ads and social. For the full details on usage, see our Terms of Service.

Languages, devices & installing

Using it your way.
What languages is the studio available in?

English, Hebrew, Spanish and German — switch languages from the language menu in the header.

Is there a dark and light mode?

Yes — use the sun/moon toggle in the header to switch between light and dark. Your choice is remembered.

Can I install it like an app?

Yes — you can add Studio to your phone's home screen so it opens full-screen like an app. It's a web app, so there's nothing to download from an app store.
