Studio by Bichachi is an AI jewelry photography service. You upload a clear photo of a piece you own or make, and we generate studio-quality campaign images of that same piece — different backdrops, lighting, angles, and looks — so you can market it without booking a physical shoot.
We are a photography service, not a jewelry brand or store. We don't sell jewelry, and we don't take ownership of the pieces you photograph. You bring the product; we make it look its best.
Studio is built for business and professional use — makers, sellers, jewelers, and the people who market for them. You need to be at least 18 to open an account, and the details you give us when you sign up should be accurate.
Your login is yours to protect. Keep your password private, and let us know quickly if you think someone else has gotten into your account. You're responsible for what happens under your login, so treat it like the key to your studio.
Studio is a closed system built around one simple idea: you photograph your own products. To keep it safe and working the way it should, a few rules matter.
You may upload only images of your own jewelry or products — pieces you own, make, or are authorized to represent. Please don't upload photos that contain people's faces or anyone else's likeness, and don't upload anything illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
The models and people you see in your generated results are the service's own AI models — they aren't real customers, and they aren't drawn from the photos you send us. When your piece appears on a hand or a figure, that hand or figure is generated by us.
You also agree not to resell or wholesale the raw service, reverse-engineer how it works, or use it to try to copy someone else's product or brand. Common sense applies: use it to sell what's genuinely yours.
On higher plans, Studio can turn a real person — a founder, a model, a brand ambassador — into a reusable avatar you can feature in your imagery. Because this involves a real person's likeness, it carries an extra step.
Before we create an avatar of anyone, we need a signed consent and likeness waiver from both the account owner and the person being modeled. No waiver, no avatar. This protects everyone involved, and it means you're confirming you have the right to use that person's likeness the way you intend to.
You keep the rights to the product photos you upload — they're yours, and uploading them doesn't hand them over to us. You give us permission to process and store them only so we can generate your images and run the service for you.
The images we generate for you come with a license to use them across your business — your website, listings, ads, social posts, and print. Go ahead and market your products with them.
What stays ours is the machinery behind the results: the AI models, the scenes, the templates, and the underlying technology remain the property of Studio by Bichachi. Your license covers the finished images of your own pieces, not the models or systems that made them.
Studio runs on subscriptions — currently Studio, Pro, and Business tiers — billed monthly, with add-on packs available if you need extra volume in a busy month. When you subscribe, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen plan each cycle until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep your plan through the end of the cycle you've already paid for. We don't lock you into a contract.
Your monthly image allowances are per-cycle: unused amounts reset at the start of each new cycle rather than rolling over. There's also a free tier so you can try Studio before paying — free output carries a small watermark, which paid plans remove.
Studio is provided "as is." The images we generate are AI approximations of your piece — they're built to look beautiful and faithful, but they're renderings, not photographs of the physical object, and small details can vary. Please review your results before you publish or make promises to a buyer based on them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the service, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the recent past. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if an account breaks these terms — for example, uploading other people's likenesses or infringing content — usually after a heads-up where that's reasonable.
We may update these terms as the service grows. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where it matters, let you know. Continuing to use Studio after a change means you're okay with the new version.
Questions about these terms, your plan, or anything else? Reach us through the in-app chat, or email our support team — we're happy to help. For a fuller picture of how we handle your information, see the Privacy Policy.
